Hi. 

I am on a rush these crazy days. There is so many work for me, Thanks God!

Unfortunately, I have not time for my little blog. I want to write so many interesting things, but  days are so short.

I know, it is a Christmas time. I have to work hard these days, because many parents want to buy the sweet toys for their little ones)))

I will do my best. And after hard work I will be here with you again!

11.11.

Today is a Birthday of our son Michael.

But this day is not a happy one for our family as a birthday should be.

Michael was born in Riga, Latvia on 11.11.2008 with a heart disease. Those days we were living in Moscow, but decided to do the heart operations in Berlin's Heart centre. So we moved to Germany.

That is why we live now in Berlin.  But unfortunately our son died when he was 1 year and 4 month old. 

Now he has no age. He is out of time. He is our Angel. 

He will allays be in our thought and hearts.

Last days of the golden fall

Today we have a walk in an amazing park in Potsdam. 

And I want to show you some pictures

 Just this year I have realised that I love autumn. 

It is so beautiful. 

So many bright and different colours around. 

It is really a way to inspiration.

DIY. Stopper socks.

I have a really big problem to find clothes for my youngest son. 

Even stopper socks are a problem. They always get loss or don't keep his feet warm. 

And I want them to be eco-friendly and from 100% natural materials. 

I decided to make socks myself. I crocheted wool socks and made non-slip soles for them. 

How to make a non-slip sole for socks.

Take socks, a small piece of suede or leather, scissors, pins, paper and insole from matching shoes

Circle insole and cut the stencil. You will need  it for cutting of two suede soles

Attach the soles to the socks with help of pins.

 Sew the soles to the socks. 

 

Very soft, warm slippers are ready

 

How to make 101 snowmen...

It is time to think about the Christmas decoration. 

I have a small boy in my home, so I really worried about the glass decoration.

I have to find something that will be cute, beautiful but fragile.

I have made some wooden snowmen for my home decoration.  Of course I will make some for my friend's presents.

The small joys

It is so incredibly nice to have an apple tree in the garden. 

Today I simply pick up some apples.

 

Added  nuts ans raisins.

 

And bake great and delicious apple pie.

It was so easy. 

Decoration for the baby's room.

  I and my daughter Dana decided to do some funny pictures for my son's room. Leo is a smallest one in our family. And he likes pets very much. 

We needed some neutral ideas, not aggressive, cute, suitable to the boy's room, not very bright and with pets))) of course.
For a start time we made two pictures.

One with flamingos and the second one with sheep.

You will need:

1. One photo frame

2. Scissors

3. glue

4. paper for the background

5. different pieces of paper

Disclose the frame and cut out the background paper in size of the glass frame.

 

Cut out the pictures. I usually do not use a stencil and cut out how it goes. But you can first draw your pictures.

 Stick the figures to the background.

For small details I use a  white pencil.

 Gather the frame.

 So, the very cute and extraordinary frame is ready.

You can make your own different funny pictures.Your children will love them.
You will see, the pictures like this are very easy to make. Just use your imagination.

 

 

Mint dreams

I do so many necklaces every days. I try new colors and models. It is so exiting. But I have to say, that I myself have at home very few necklaces.Some years ago I didn't even  know how to wear them at all. I liked bracelets, chains, rings and earrings, but not necklaces especially big ones.
But as time goes  new habits come into my life)

Some days ago I made а new colour for my beloved monochrome necklace.

And when I took pictures for my etsy shop I realised thаt I wanted to keep this beautiful necklace. It is so elegant and bright. And it suits  my new sweater perfectly!
